2. Forensic Review
Our safety and compliance manager will investigate using:

  • Shipping weather reports
  • Carrier damage databases
  • Batch quality control records

3. Climate-Locked Replacement
Approved claims receive:

  • Upgraded Priority UPS/FedEx re-shipping
  • $20 cash credit on customer account

  • No Unauthorized Returns: Items sent back to our facility without prior approval will not be processed and will be discarded.

  1. Why Can’t I Return My Product?

  2. What If My Product Arrives Late?
    1. If your order is delayed due to carrier issues but arrives intact and undamaged, it is not eligible for a refund or exchange. Once our naturalceuticals are dispatched from our facility, we are no longer controlling the chain of custody.
  3. But I saw a TikTok where someone returned supplements!
    1. Either 1) They fibbed (yes, it happens online!), 2) The company patently violates FDA rules, or 3) It’s not a dietary supplement, and they should be reported HERE.
  4. What if I refuse delivery?
    1. Unopened refused packages qualify for refunds per UCC §2-601. Tracking must show “returned to sender.”

  6. What If I Received the Wrong Product?
    1. In the rare (at least that's what our shipping department claims) event that we ship you the wrong item:

      2. Include photos of the incorrect item(s).
      3. We’ll promptly correct the mistake by sending you the correct product(s), along with an apology, a cash account credit, AND a big fat discount code to use on your next order!
