Shipping Information

We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
Currently, we only ship within the United States.

Shipping Methods: UPS & USPS

Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1-3 business days.
  • Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
  • If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
  • Free Shipping on Orders Over $49
  • We offer the following shipping options:
    • Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days
    • Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days
    • Overnight Shipping: 1-2 business days

Shipping Confirmation & Order Tracking

  • You will receive a Shipping Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s).
  • The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. 

At BioGenesis Laboratory, a proud family business, we take great care in handling and packaging your orders with multiple layers of bubble wrap to ensure they arrive safely. We want you to have the best experience possible and enjoy shopping with us. 

For most orders, please allow up to 12 days for delivery. However, we’ve outlined specific shipping timeframes for different parts of the world below. This timeframe is a precaution to ensure timely delivery, though most orders arrive well before the maximum timeframe. We keep our customers informed with shipping updates via email and text whenever possible.

Shipping Status:

Once your order ships, you'll promptly receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.

In case you don't receive the shipping confirmation email immediately, don't worry! We are aware of the delivery date or date range provided at checkout, and rest assured, we will deliver the items within that timeframe.

Order Changes:

Please notify us immediately if there are any changes to your order. Please note that custom and pre-ordered pieces cannot be exchanged for other designs.

Item Not Received:

If you have successfully placed an order and still haven't received it, even though the tracking status indicates delivery, we recommend contacting the courier to locate your shipment. If the issue persists, kindly email us at info@biogenesislaboratory.com.

Taxes

We are required by law to charge sales tax on all items purchased, unless in situations where it is not required by law.
